Release a loop of string and catch it in mid-air.
Perform a Trapeze mount.
With your non-throw hand, release the string loop that the yoyo is on, allowing it to hang freely.
Immediately swing your throw hand in a circular motion to catch the falling string loop with your index finger.
The yoyo should land back on the string.
Timing is crucial for this trick.
To return, bind the yoyo.
